A different kind of morning on your trip.
Some travellers like to give part of their holiday to the community they are visiting. If that is you, you can come and see Comedor Solidario: how we work, time with the children and, if you like, a hand with the day.
There is no cost and no experience is needed. Every visit is arranged in advance, around your dates and the school's activities, so that it works for you and for the children.
We support children from low-income families who have been left out of the school system. They receive a daily meal while we work with them on reading, writing and basic maths. We also run child abuse prevention activities and support their families throughout the process.
