By requesting a quote or booking a service through this website, you accept these terms.

What we do

Rayma Travel is a travel agency that arranges and coordinates services provided by third parties: hotels, villas, transport companies, excursion operators and chefs. We organise your trip and are responsible for that coordination; the actual delivery of each service is the responsibility of the relevant provider.

Prices

Prices published on this website are in US dollars and may vary with season, availability and group size. Prices marked “from” are indicative: the final price is the one shown in your quote.

Bookings and payments

This website does not take payments: there is no payment gateway and no checkout. What the forms send is a quote request.

The final price, the payment method and the confirmation are agreed with you directly on WhatsApp or by email, and the booking is subject to availability as set out in the cancellation policy.

Photographs of boats, villas, hotels and vehicles are for reference. The specific unit is confirmed when we quote and may differ from the one shown.

Liability

We are not liable for delays, cancellations or incidents attributable to providers, weather conditions or force majeure. In those cases we work with you to find the best available alternative.

Traveller documentation

It is the traveller’s responsibility to hold the entry and exit documentation required for their nationality, as well as any travel insurance they consider necessary.
