This policy explains what data we collect through this website, what we use it for and how long we keep it.

What we collect

From the quote form: name, email, WhatsApp number, travel dates, number of travellers, number and ages of children, approximate budget and any comments you write.

Nothing is charged on this website and we never ask for card details here. Payment is agreed with you on WhatsApp or by email, off the site. If this website ever asks you for a card, it is not ours: message us on the WhatsApp number in the footer.

What we use it for

Only to prepare your quote, manage your booking and communicate with you about your trip. We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

We share with hotels, operators and transport companies only what is strictly necessary to deliver the service you booked.

Children’s data

We ask for the number and ages of children because they determine hotel rates and which excursions they can join. We do not ask for their names or any other identifying data.

Cookies

This website uses a single cookie, “NEXT_LOCALE”, which remembers whether you prefer to read it in Spanish or English. It does not measure, profile or share anything.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies, load no third-party resources and store nothing else in your browser. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries that do not become a trip for a maximum of 24 months, and data from actual bookings for as long as applicable accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us by email. We handle every request personally.
