It was recently renovated: bedrooms, furniture, the court, and a poolside gazebo with an outdoor kitchen and BBQ.
From the pool you walk down to your own beach, with the Punta Espada course in front. The entrance, with its floating roof and palm-lined walkway, passes the guest bungalow before reaching the main house.
